Tom Pysher joined Davey in 2012 as a joint-use auditor. He has completed projects throughout the United States and has shown an incredible willingness to relocate on short notice. Fueled by his determination to grow professionally with Davey, Tom moved into a project coordinator role in pole loading analysis, and then into a project manager for make-ready engineering for client Consumers Energy. He has worked tirelessly to grow the team at Consumers from project initialization to more than 60 make-ready designers and fielders. Due to his successes, Tom was promoted to an area manager role in asset management services, where he had ownership over make-ready operations for the Consumers Energy Michigan account. Currently, Tom is a regional operations manager, where he continues the growth and development of Davey’s U.S. field and office resources for pole loading analysis, make-ready engineering, and distribution engineering teams. His key successes in this role include co-developing internal training programs, the Asset Management Academy and Manager in Training.
