Brian Kamphaus began his telecommunications career at Cincinnati Bell (CBT) in 1995, gaining strong operations experience in overhead construction, splicing, and management in his 15-year tenure. He continued to work in the industry and in 2018, Brian joined the Davey family as part of an acquisition. Brian’s first assignments were to manage the doublewood crews in the Midwest, along with managing the Spectrum transfer work in Cincinnati. He is currently an account manager for the communications construction services central operations team. In his role, Brian coordinates, monitors, and manages various projects within his regional footprint, including crew assignment, equipment management, payroll, and client relations.
